eCMR Consignment Note — English
The English edition of the eCMR family: the same CMR-compliant structure as the French edition, re-branded and re-worded for an Irish carrier moving refrigerated pharmaceuticals from Naas to a Rotterdam cold store.
What this edition demonstrates beyond the French one:
- The brand lives in the payload. The carrier's logo and the document's accent color come from the data file — the same template family renders Kildare Freightways in deep green where the French carrier prints in crimson. Re-branding a compliant transport document is a data change, not a template project.
- The conditional declarations flip. Where the French movement is ADR cargo at ambient temperature, this one is the mirror image: dangerous goods No, temperature-controlled carriage Yes (+2 °C to +8 °C), and the carrier takes over without reservations against a sealed, temperature-logged load. Together the two editions show every tick of boxes 13 and 18 in both states.
- Official model-form English. "This carriage is subject, notwithstanding any clause to the contrary…", "Instructions as to payment for carriage", "Goods received" — the wording claims handlers and insurers expect, with the IRU/ICC English box names in the closing annex.
- Locale-faithful formats. "03 Aug 2026" dates, decimal points and comma thousands (3,890 kg · 12.4 m³ · 1,925.00 EUR), Irish vehicle plates and Eircodes, an Irish eFTI gate in the UIL.
Everything else — numbered boxes, dual QR/offline barcodes, eIDAS signature evidence with GPS and SHA-256 fingerprints, the roadside-inspection stamp panel, the sealed audit trail, live Word page numbering — carries over from the family template, shared through the same components.
