Void Check
A realistic US voucher-check specimen — the format banks and payroll services issue for direct-deposit and ACH setup. The upper portion is the check itself: bank mast with logo, address, and tagline; a prominent check number; a DataMatrix encoding ABA + account + check number alongside a "VOID · SPECIMEN" status chip and a date field with format hint; the standard PAY TO THE ORDER OF / amount-in-words / FOR-MEMO + AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE lines; and a MICR line with magnetic-ink glyphs whose labels align under each segment via a 3-column table. A dashed perforation strip separates the check from the lower voucher, which carries a brief intro line and a 4-column Field/Value reference table covering bank, routing, account, and contact information. Page-level chrome includes a diagonal "VOID · SPECIMEN" center watermark and a stack of right-edge watermarks — a thin separator line, a vertical Code128 serial, and a vertical caption — all rotated 90°.
